Women Who Cowork, principally Laura Shook-Guzman and Iris Kavanagh, provide comprehensive consulting services which are community first and focused on building authentic and engaging coworking spaces with heart, soul and a sustainable bottom line.
With a combined 22 years of experience as leaders in the coworking movement, the Women Who Cowork team have collectively launched and operated 13 coworking locations across Texas, California and Illinois.
The Women Who Cowork consultants can be found leading retreats for female coworking operators, speaking on the topics of female entrepreneurship, mental health, diversity and wellness and actively developing programming which benefits both community managers and owners/operators.
Laura Shook Guzman, LMFT, the CEO/Founder of Soma Vida, is a thought leader for coworking, work/life design and entrepreneurial mental health while Iris Kavanagh works with shared workspace organizations to streamline operations and develop dynamic communities. She also co-founded Women Who Cowork, the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces and COSHARE.
